Burch Shower, the last shower of the year.

Sunday morning David and I decided to get ready and head out to GR early. It was a good thing we did. As soon as we got off at our exit Davids dad called and said that Jeff, Jacqueline, and Matthew had been in a little accident, and we needed to get to the scene and get all of the stuff for the shower into our vehicle. We arrived at the scene around 1ish to see Jeff's truck smashed in the front, air bags out, and in about a 10 ft ditch. There was an ambulance there and of course a police officer. We didn't realize the accident was worse than Chuck led us to believe, however EVERYONE was fine. And If I knew how to link you to Jacqueline's blog to read her story I would... (Ang you need to teach me how to do that).
With the help of Jacqueline's Dad, and Jeff we managed to get everything from the truck that wasn't broken and headed to Meijer to get some paper plates, silverware, and some other items we thought we may need. We made it to the shower at the 2:00 start time and EVERYONE that was there helped get the place set up and started within minutes... All of the centerpiece managed to make it through the accident but 1, so we had our decor. The favors made it, the chocolate fountain, the wine, most of the wine glasses. You name it Jacqueline had just about everything for the shower but the food. Well she did have some spinach dip that was all over her and the car.
Jacqueline, Angie, Patty, and Rachael planned the most beautiful wedding shower I have ever been to. We are so lucky and thankful to have such thoughtful and caring people in our lives. Everyone of them went above and beyond to make our shower very special. The shower couldn't have been more perfect. We love you all and Thank You very very much!
